Delivery Timeline
- Access to digital courses, job listings, and services is provided instantly once the payment is successfully processed.
- For batch-based courses, access may begin on the announced batch start date.
- Certificates are generated digitally and can be downloaded once the user completes required assessments and modules.

- Email notifications
- Login-based access to purchased services
No physical shipping is involved unless specifically mentioned.
2. Account Access Issues
If you are facing any of the following:
- Not received access to a product
- Trouble logging in
- Missing course/content
- Delay in activation
