Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which users may request refunds for services purchased on JobCliff, including courses, skill programs, job listings, employer plans, and advertising services. By making a purchase on JobCliff, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refunds for Online Courses & Training Programs

Before Course Access

  • Users may request a refund any time before accessing the course content or before the batch start date (whichever occurs first).
  • A 20% processing fee will be deducted.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).

After Course Access

Once the user has logged into the course, viewed any video/module, or downloaded any training material, no refund will be permitted.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Course extensions
  • Retest fees
  • Additional attempts or upgrades
  • Fast-track upgrades
  • Certificate reissue fees

2. If JobCliff Withdraws a Course

  • If a course or program is canceled by JobCliff due to internal reasons, users will receive a 100% refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of withdrawal.

3. Refund Policy for JobCliff Skill Pass / Premium Plans

The following products are strictly non-refundable:
  • JobCliff Skill Pass
  • JobCliff Student Premium
  • JobCliff Pro / Premium Subscriptions
No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after purchase.

4. Refund Policy for Placement-Linked Programs

For placement-linked programs:
  • Course fee, booking amount, extension fee, retest fee, batch change fee, and program change fee are non-refundable.
To claim a refund under placement guarantee terms (if applicable), refer to the Placement & Refund Terms mentioned on the respective course FAQ page.

5. Refund Policy for Employers (Job Listings & Upgrades)

Fresher Job Listings & Internship Upgrades

  • Employers may request a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase if no candidate was successfully hired using the listing.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval.

Non-Refundable Employer Products

  • Premium Plans
  • Bulk Hiring Plans
  • Subscription Plans
  • Company Branding Upgrades (after activation)
Refunds can be availed only once per company, regardless of the number of purchases.

6. Advertising Services Refunds

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once an advertising campaign has started or after payment is made.
  • If JobCliff cancels the campaign due to internal reasons, a pro-rata refund will be issued after deducting the cost of delivered impressions or creatives already served.

7. Violation of Terms

If a user or employer is found violating JobCliff’s Terms & Conditions, JobCliff reserves the right to deny or cancel any refund request.

8. Policy Precedence

In case of conflicting refund terms:

  • Course page terms
  • Official written agreements

9. Policy Updates

JobCliff may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users are advised to review the latest version before making a purchase.
